Download CERTIFICATE From NISM Website
Visit CAMS OFFICE With following Documents
NISM Certificate, PAN, Address & ID Proof, 3 PP Size Photo, Cancelled Cheque, PassBook Latest Page, DD FOR Rs 3540/- Favouring "ASSOCIATION OF MUTUAL FUNDS IN INDIA" Payable at CAMS Location
Fill KYD (Know Your Distributor) Form, ARN Card Application Form
Attach KYD Acknowledgement with ARN CARD Application along with other Documents.
AMFI will Issue ARN Card in a Span of 30 days (approx).
Visit AMC (MF) Offices . Carry Copy of ARN CARD, NISM Certificate, PAN, Bank Cheque, Bank Passbook, KYD Acknowledgement,PHOTO
