  • The proposal form in a personal accident policy elicits information related to personal details, physical condition, habits and pastimes.
  • Health insurance policy provides for reimbursement of hospitalisation / domiciliary hospitalisation expenses for illness / disease suffered or accidental injury sustained during the policy period.
