  • Job Analysis is related to three other processes called job description, job responsibilities of a job.
  • Job specification lays down the personal attributes and abilities required to perform the job. It is a standard or criteria for personnel to be employed.
  • Job evaluation compares job and places them in common compensation groups. Job evaluation is helpful in salary administration.
  • Job analysis may lead to job design which is restructuring of the job in order to adjust to the change in technology, environment, personnel etc. There are various methods for redesigning job such as, job enrichment, job enlargement, job sharing and other related methods.
  • Recruitment is that part of the process that finds persons who could be conidered for the appointment.
