  • Dishonesty may range from misappropriation of funds, stealing of company property, to not maintaing secrecy relating to knowledge about the company. The problem of dishonesty is considered to be more serious than any other type of indiscipline and usually calls for dismissal.
  • Principle of natural justice: This principle says that punishment can be given only after the person being punished is given an opportunity to explain himself.
